There is something captivating and inspiring about outstanding modern architecture. Today we get a look at a beautiful home that offers waterfront views and unrivaled luxury. Dubbed the Sag Harbor 2 House, this stunning retreat was designed by Kevin O’Sullivan + Associates. The dwelling became a full-time home after a Tribeca family left the city due to the pandemic. The house is located on a protected cove and constructed with a palette of African teak, charred cedar, and limestone.
The three-story structure offers beautiful views of the natural surroundings. The bedrooms are situated on the upper floor, each boasting its own balcony. The main living areas are located below, while a subterranean level with walk-out access to the pool adds a nice touch. This is where we also find the gym, spa, and another living room.
The home features floor-to-ceiling glazing throughout, highlighting the views while expansive terraces keep the interior connected with the landscape. This home is an excellent example of luxury on the water and modern design.
